Terms of service

Neon Tower · Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms apply when you play Neon Tower: Idle Defense ("the game"), made by Fjellstug ("we"). By playing the game you accept them. How the game handles your data is described in the privacy policy. Questions: support@neontowergame.com.

Playing the game

We give you a personal right to play the game for your own entertainment. You may not sell or rent out the game, copy it, or change it, and you may not take it apart except where the law allows it.

Purchases and in-game items

Fair play

Please play the game as it is meant to be played. If we find that progress or items come from cheating, a modified version of the game, changing the device's clock, faked purchases or knowingly using a bug, we may correct or remove the affected progress, items or leaderboard results.

Where the game shows player names, please pick one that isn't offensive or someone else's; we may change names that are.

Changes to the game

We keep working on the game. We may change, rebalance, add or remove features, items, events and prices, and some players may see different values as part of a test. Some features need an internet connection, and we can't promise that the game is always available or free of errors.

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy). If we ever stop offering the game, we will say so in the game or on this website in good time before.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or any responsibility that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the game changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell you in the game or on this website.

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies to these terms. If you live in another country, you keep the consumer rights that the law of that country gives you. If we can't solve a problem together, consumers in Sweden can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se), and consumers elsewhere to their national consumer authority.
